I am pleased to announce today that AttachmateWRQ and NetIQ are now officially operating as one. Our combination unites two market leaders, AttachmateWRQ in host access and integration, and NetIQ in systems and security management.
Together, we are uniquely positioned to provide the world’s IT organizations with the most comprehensive set of solutions available to extend mission critical services and assure they are managed, secure and compliant. The resulting product portfolio will include solutions for host connectivity, systems and security management, and PC lifecycle management. The combined company will operate under the name Attachmate and be headquartered in Seattle.
